Global food company, Heinz, came to Workware requesting a creative strategy for a new employee recognition program.

Solution

Workware developed a series of magnetic pins cleverly presented on tomato seed packets and a manager’s brochure to encourage on-the-spot recognition.

Result

Satisfied employees are “eating up” the program and management requested that it be duplicated in Spanish.
